Does the home being protected have Wi-Fi?
MediCare is designed for homes, and the hub brings its own 4G connection — so no broadband and no landline are needed for the alerts. Wi-Fi only decides one thing: whether we can offer indoor cameras, which use it.
iWhy are we asking this first?
The alert system itself — the hub and every button — signals over 4G and does not touch the home’s internet. Indoor cameras are the one part that needs Wi-Fi, so if there is none we simply will not offer them, rather than quote equipment that cannot work.
